Illumination is important for the environment in your aquarium, therefore we are setting big demands to the development and functionality in our fittings.
To avoid that to much light reflect in the surface of water, all our fittings are provided with a reflector, which is designed, so that the maximum amount of light hits down into the water and does not reflect. Hereby you get more light into the aquarium which is optimal for both plants and fish. It is important that the reflector is clean, therefore a special developed plastic foil is mounted. The plastic foil is easy to take out and clean without danger of damaging the reflecting layer because this is surrounded by clear plastic.

| Basic fittings |
The basic fittings are supplied as T8 or T5, and both in an ordinary or dimmable version. The basic fittings can be supplied with one or two fluorescents tubes and are supplied with a built in electronic HF ballast and the unique reflector.
All basic fittings are used for to build in the Effect-Light hood light units, for installing on a do-it-yourself basis and to use with other fittings. |

| Hood light units |
Effect-Light hood light units are installed with a basic fitting for two fluorescents tubes. Depending on the wide of the hood light units you can install another basic fitting to create the optimal amount of light in your aquarium. The hood light units are designed to fit the Effect-Line aquarium, both in design, functionality and user-friendliness.
